Our family is incredibly grateful for the outstanding care the T.I.M. Family Care Team provided to our mom. They treated her with such kindness, compassion, and dignity, always making her feel like family. Their support gave us tremendous peace of mind, and we will always be thankful for the exceptional care they showed her.

T.I.M. Family care is amazing! My 85-year-old mom fell and broke her leg while she was in a different state from my siblings and me. Ketnie, Sharbine and the whole team were amazing! They took such incredible care of my mom that she didn't want to come back home to Chicago without them! They are the perfect mix of warmth and professionalism. We were always confident when my mom was in their care. They did everything from helping with her mobility, showering her, driving her to appointments, helping with cooking/cleaning/laundry and even helping to take care of the dog! Anyone would be lucky to have T.I.M. caring for them and their loved ones!
